Lance has a deep financial background with companies large and small, public and private. He was CFO for The Source Company and led the work to take the company public. He spent time at IBM, including 3 yrs in Paris as CFO of the EMEA Global Services business. Lance started in Payments with Vantiv in 2011 and stayed until the company was sold to FIS.
For the last 5 yrs Lance has been doing M&A full time as an advisor on both sell side and buy side deals. He started working with Wellesley Hills Financial in 2026 and looks forward to working with clients, existing and new.
